1. Introduction and Acceptance

Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. All deposits, winnings, and bonus balances held within the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. bt88 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously and will not make exceptions to this policy.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold exactly one bt88 account. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's details, or any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited. bt88 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, bt88 reserves the right to close all related accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances. In cases where duplicate accounts have been used to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploit promotional terms, bt88 may also forfeit real-money balances equivalent to the value of the improperly obtained bonus.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your bt88 account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document), date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must keep your account information up to date. bt88 will use the details on file to process withdrawal requests and to conduct identity verification — inaccurate information may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Account Security and Responsibility

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bt88 are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever operationally possible. bt88 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; actual clearance times may vary depending on the payment provider. bt88 does not charge a platform-level withdrawal fee, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

bt88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal is held pending verification, bt88 will notify the player by email and will specify any documentation required. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on bt88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt88 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players who access the platform via a device set to a different regional currency will still transact exclusively in BDT.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets that guarantee a bonus-funded profit regardless of outcome
• Using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes matched betting or arbitrage across bt88 and any other platform
• Exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake in the bt88 platform to generate abnormal returns

6.4 Seasonal and Special Promotions

bt88 may run seasonal promotions tied to events on the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major international cricket events such as the T20 World Cup and IPL. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms plus any additional terms published at the time of the promotion.

7. Betting Rules and Void Bets

7.1 Bet Acceptance

bt88 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the bt88 system. In the event of a technical fault during the bet placement process, the bet will be void and any staked amount returned to the player's account.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being recorded within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport-specific rules
• The bet was placed on a market that was offered in error due to a pricing or data feed mistake
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous (palpable error)
• The event result is declared invalid by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA)

Where a bet is declared void, the original stake is returned to the player's bt88 account balance in full.

7.3 Cricket-Specific Rules

For Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, BPL matches, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets, bt88 follows the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the case of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, bt88 will apply the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result as the official outcome where applicable. 8. Casino and Game Rules

bt88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in relation to any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform. bt88 may freeze an account and withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation without liability to the account holder.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bt88 platform — including but not limited to the bt88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of bt88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the bt88 platform without prior written authorisation from bt88. Unauthorised use of bt88's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the bt88 platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bt88's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of nature)
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential
• Any decision by bt88 to void a bet, close an account, or withhold a withdrawal where bt88 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bt88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

15. Termination and Suspension

bt88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion
• A regulatory requirement or direction from a relevant authority

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms or suspected fraud, bt88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.
